I don't think so.... They started slow last year but finished strong. Last year at this time (May 21), they had six more wins, and the Red Sox had about six fewer. It's a long season and hard to imagine their hitting won't come around at some point. It's a long season, but I'm jazzed the sox are doing so great. We can't ease up, on the gas though, as it's hard to image the Yanks won't get it together at some point.

I guess it depends on what DUN means. They aren't a 95 win team anymore. Lucky if they break 85.
Their pitching is inconsistant (especially the pen) and their bats are old and injury prone. It also looks like they are going to lose their best player and arguably team MVP at the end of 2007. I don't see them making up that kind of production unless they can land Tex - and that will cost them Hughes or Tabata +. They have a hole in CF, also Abreu is probably gone, Cano isn't anywhere near as good as his rookie numbers, they still have no first baseman... I think the team is in rough shape honestly. They may make a push due to Wang, Pettitte and a healthy Mussina, but it may be too late.
